Prototypes for The Essential Electronic School Office

Two home page prototypes follow, Prototype .01 and Prototype .02. These prototypes are full page gifs only, not working HTML pages. Typefaces and content may be easily modified under TEESO's guidance, and graphics/photos may also be replaced with objects of this customer's choice. Layouts were developed for a 1024 width resolution, but may be modified to TEESO's specs.

.01 The focus of the first prototype was to fuse elements of traditional education and automation, while standing apart from typical software sites. The colors combined with the graphics suggest the classroom, with familiar elements of study, teaching, and love of learning. The proportion and shape of the off white logo on the dark green allude to chalk on a blackboard while also acting as a reminder of digital type on a monitor. The weight and simplicity of the layout suggest effectiveness as well as ease of use.

.02 The focus of the second prototype is to show off the product line, and to simplify navigation. This layout follows the current trend towards multiple columns. This layout allows both potential customers and active customers to navigate quickly to their section of interest. The warm and energetic look and feel are in keeping with the original logo.
